Anthropic walked away from a $6 billion Decart acquisition
Anthropic ended talks to acquire Israeli startup Decart for roughly 6 billion dollars after conducting due diligence, according to Globes and Calcalist. Decart builds chip-optimization software for AI training and inference. The deal would have been Anthropic's largest acquisition.
